Our Story
Morgan and Jonathan’s story began when fate brought them together as coworkers. As cubicle neighbors, they would occasionally chat about Disney World, Marvel movies, and excel shortcuts. However, their paths diverged when Jonathan left that job a little over a year after they met. But destiny had other plans. In 2021, their paths crossed on Hinge. Morgan, feeling excited with a familiar face, took the bold step of sending the first message.
There is a playful debate about their first date. For Jonathan, the first date was them meeting up after work for tacos and margaritas. After talking for hours, the date only ended because the restaurant closed for the night. In Morgan’s eyes, it was just a catch up between former coworkers, as she didn’t look cute enough for it to be a first date. Morgan sees their first date being just a few days later, when Jonathan arrived at her front door with a giant flower arrangement and then they bonded over endless sushi and a movie.
Morgan and Jonathan’s relationship blossomed over countless taco and margarita dates, Broadway shows, and endless movie marathons. They shared adventures that took them to new heights, traveling to their favorite place Disney World, having the trip of a lifetime in Paris, and a very relaxing Bahamas cruise.
Just over two years after their first date, during their second trip to Disney World, Jonathan seized the opportunity in the lantern lit Tangled area and got down on one knee and proposed, giving them their perfect fairytale moment.
Now, as they stand on the precipice of forever, Morgan and Jonathan eagerly anticipate the next chapter of their story, ready to embrace whatever adventures the future may hold, hand in hand.
